I saw a leaflet advertising Pro MAI at my workplace, and see it mentioned first lesson free. Thought I would see what it's like. That was 18 and a half years ago! It's like one big family, and we always encourage each other to progress further. Welcoming to all levels of fitness, you won't be disappointed! Looking forward to the next 18 years! Pil Sung!

I recently attended a great self defence class with my daughter. It was run by Kevin and Colin who were fantastic and I highly recommend any company or individual to get in touch with them to arrange an in individual or group session

Pro Mai is excellent. It's something to look forward to each week and is educational and beneficial to our health, both mentally and physically. Absolutely no one here feels excluded or left out - it is more like a family than an ordinary community. Instructors here are fantastic and their classes reflect this. I cannot recommend it enough; whether you're someone looking for a martial arts club, wanting to try something new or wanting to do general exercise with a twist, then this is for you.

Very welcoming to new students of all ages and capabilities. Very friendly and approachable instructors! Professionally managed in a no pressure environment and cannot recommended enough if you are looking to get fit, build self-confidence and be part of a family to work on individual goals and progress at your own pace. I have been training with Bucks Pro Mai for 15 years and as an instructor, look forward to welcoming new students! Highly recommend, Pil Sung.
