Awful conveyancers, had to use another company in the end! Lesley and Debbie completely incompetent and caused my buyer to walk away out of sheer frustration. It took 6 weeks for them just to do the simple task of emailing over the buyer's solicitor the sale contract despite me and the estate agent chasing multiple times. Avoid!

We used MSB’s conveyancing service for our recent house sale and purchase. The team were amazing and really knew their stuff, in particular Pauline, Helen S and Helen B. We felt that we were in safe hands the whole way through.

Used MSB Solicitors last year 2020 The person I dealt with was Jennifer and I could not fault her expertise, she was so professional and always available. Which I must say I was constant pain in the side, asking all sorts of questions and receiving the answers promptly. I have so much faith in them, that am going back to use them again.

I had a really positive first experience with MSB Solicitors. Esme was fantastic from start to finish. It was my first property purchase in the UK, she guided me through everything, was extremely approachable, super fast to reply to emails and always available on the phone to answer my questions. From arranging a second solicitor for the Deed of Guarantee to liaising closely with the finance provider, Esme went beyond the standard service to assist in making everything run smoothly. I look forward to working with Esme and MSB solicitors again in future.

Neil Kelly - absolutely disgraceful.If you actually want any form of communication and honesty from a conveyancing solicitor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.He refused multiple times to respond to a chain of solicitors, went AWOL at critical moments and compulsively lied, allowing massive delays to my house sale due to his incompetency. I wouldn't waste my time with this firm, he's a partner as well - unbelievable!Avoid at all costs.

I’ve delt with many solicitors over the years as I have a large portfolio of houses, so will be dealing with them moving forward.In all my experiences, good and bad, you guys come up as the worst I’ve ever had to deal with.Up until 10am today your company has treated me with total disregard.Front desk even spoke to me today like I was an inconvenience.You have very rarely returned my calls and when you did, speaking to me as if you couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough. No personal touch what so ever and it’s been myself doing all the chasing.I have an email tracker and most of my emails were only opened several weeks after being sent.I believe due to your inefficiency you delayed the purchase by at least a month.I was constantly in touch with the buyer as he was one of my tenants and I saw his emails from his solicitors, your comments on time and information totally contradicted theirs on many occasions. It’s as if you were making things up just to pacify me.I know you have all been busy, however there is no excuse for a little politeness and effort. I have experience neither from yourselves.

MSB are the worst solicitors firm to go to. Paula Mansfield took advantage of my legal aid certificate for herself. Made unnecessary applications to court and sent out unnecessary letters. She would only communicate via telephone so that nothing was recorded. GDPR breaches were made on numerous occasions. Also putting my life at risk. My divorce was sent to the incorrect number. Emma Palmer on numerous occasions reassured me that this would not happen again. However, it happened right through the 30 months I was with MSB. I am so thankful that I left and went to another team. Pippa Tudor advised me to stop fighting for the finances. However, once I changed solicitor firm they helped me win my case. Paula Mansfield dropped an intervenor from my finance case, which meant I lost a high value asset, which I could no longer fight in court. Paula Mansfield will try to benefit from your legal aid certificate. Wasted time and money. The worst Solicitors firm I have ever come across. If I could leave a zero rating I would. Paula Mansfield would not carry out work, until I had instructed up to 7 times on numerous occasions.

First class service and advice from Rafael Donovan from MSB Solicitors in regards to Estate and Wills updating. Professional and extremely interpersonal in his dealings, along with prompt contact and excellent communication. I can't recommend Rafael any higher and would not hesitate to use him again.

As a FTB, the purchasing team at MSB have been delightful! I would like to thank Emma Cunningham who is the Associate and Head of Plot Purchase Team. Emma is very professional and experienced. I am a relative of Emma and I know that with her knowledge and efforts Emma will continue to provide an excellent service. I would also like to thank Beth Landy who is a senior conveyancing assistant and responds to emails promptly and efficiently. I would recommend anyone to use MSB for a sale/purchase. ✨
