Wonderful service, so friendly and accommodating. Eye tests thoroughly and explained well, not at all rushed. Great with my kids too.

I received excellent service and customer care from the team at Ray-Lewis and would highly recommend them to everyone. The eye tests were very detailed and the results well explained, and I am most happy with my new and improved prescription glasses. I will be returning in the future.

Very thorough and clearly explained eye examination with all the latest optometry equipment. The imagery done of your inner eye workings is fascinating.My parents, sister, brother-in-law and niece all use Ray-Lewis Opticians and have done so for many, many years now as I have too. As a student who moved abroad, I always get nervous when finding new doctors, and in this case, opticians. I have to say that I couldn't have picked a better one! Everyone at Ray Lewis was so kind and welcoming, and Mr. Patel is one of the very best opticians I have ever had. He was very thorough during the examination, and he took the time to explain every aspect of each test and provided me with answers to all of my questions. My new lenses are absolutely perfect and so are my contacts! I absolutely can not recommend them enough, and I'll actually be looking forward to my visit again next year!

My wife and I visited Ray-Lewis opticians for the first time and were amazed at the care and attention given by Mr Patel, his son and his wife in this family run business. The technology used was cutting edge and at all stages in the examination Mr Patel gave a detailed explanation of the tests and the test results. My wife was extremely pleased with her new glasses and I was put at ease by the test results and the conversations I had with Mr Patel concerning my glaucoma and cataract. Mr Patel goes out of his way to help and I can thoroughly recommend Ray-Lewis opticians for a friendly and very thorough eye examination.

I would really recommend Ray Lewis. I hadn't been to a 'proper' optician in years apart from free tests at high street chain opticians, and now I understand that you definitely get what you pay for! Lovely people, expert testing, great service and an excellent choice of frames too.
