Great vets, but parking in the street immediately outside is difficult. There is plenty of on-street parking within a 5-minute walk, however.

Misdiagnosed pet,basic tests not done,not listening to owners. Becoming quite negative and cold when pet passed-even throwing blame,not to all vets mind.Not what you want in a vets practice. Very saddened and should of stayed with diff vets.

What an outstanding experience I received from Swayne Vets in Long Melford today. Having recently moved into the area I was keen to register my 14yr old cat Rosie with a reputable local vets. The service I have received today from all of the staff at Swaynes was exceptional. From the greeting at reception to the new patient assessment my cat received from the vet, everything was 5 star treatment and service. Thank you all.
