Homesforte has been managing our rental property for the past 5 years.Thanks to the organised and personalised management of the property it has always been well maintained and occupied.As we have been overseas for the majority of that time, Femi has undertaken and advised us on any maintenance required on the property as well as keeping a positive and professional relationship with our tenants. He has now let two of my properties and is very thorough in his approach. Femi always had my best interests and requirements at the forefront when communicating and showing my properties to potential tenants. This agency's customer service really is the best I've come across in all my years of letting properties.From the outset, Femi did a fantastic job with the marketing of my apartment. Details of my property were available online within hours of the photos being taken. I was so impressed by those 3D images which really helped prospective tenants walk though the apartment and decide whether they liked it or not. This meant that those who actually came for a viewing were already very interested which saved a lot of time.Femi managed all the viewings, so I didn't have to worry about that side of things. He also ran all the necessary tenant checks which resulted in the apartment being let to a wonderful professional couple.
