We cannot recommend Fulton Jewellery enough... In April 2022 we got engaged in the Lake District, a perfect proposal with the small hiccup (the ring didn't fit!)We called into Fulton's to see if there was anyway they could help, Zoe & Brian worked their magic, we left my engagement ring with them and they had resized it by the following morning. It was perfect!So when I was shopping for my wedding band and couldn't find exactly what I was after I knew they would be the team for the job. After a wonderful consultation process they helped designed the perfect wedding band to pair with my engagement ring!Thank you, thank you! We will alway treasure our piece of the lakes in my wedding bands.

When we first visited the shop we didn’t know exactly what we wanted but were shopping for wedding rings. Zoe was excellent and showed us different ladies wedding band styles and explained how a ring could be made to fit my existing engagement ring. I had problems with the claws on my engagement ring catching and breaking, so we also talked about getting the ring remade so that it would fit with a classic plain wedding band. They also had a large range of men’s wedding bands in different profiles and finishes. We decided to get both our wedding rings made and my engagement ring re-shanked.After that first visit, we had two appointments with Brian to discuss my engagement ring, at the first of which we discussed design and the setting of the diamond and looked at models on the computer. At the second meeting Brian had made 3D printed models of two ring styles for me to try and we tweeked these on the computer to get the final design. At the 2nd meeting, I felt that Brian had really listened to what I had said previously and the designs were classic and elegant.When the rings were finished and I went to collect them, because my hands had been very cold when I have tried on the ring sizer, my rings were a little small. However, Zoe got them resized for me and ready to go within the hour!Overall, we had an excellent experience at Fultons. It was important to us to get our rings right as we knew we would have them for the rest of our lives. I absolutely adore my redesigned engagement ring and can wear it now with no worries that I will lose the diamond or damage the ring. It is much more practical and hard wearing than the previous ring but at the same time the new band really compliments the diamond and lets it shine. I can’t thank Zoe and Brian enough and would definitely recommend Fultons to anyone.

I chose Fultons Lakes Jewellery Works to help me design and craft my engagement ring because Brian has nearly 30 years of experience and is obviously the best jewellery maker around. I have spoken to him prior and his wealth of knowledge or advice he can offer is invaluable. They sourced stones for me to look at and sourced more when the original ones weren't quite right - worked with my moodboards. In the ended souring the most incredible sapphire. They understood my style and desire to have something simple, modern and creative. They have done the most incredible job of making my vision into a reality. I couldn't love my ring more. They supported me in creating a bespoke engagement ring and we’re subsequently working on the wedding bands now.They spend the time to understand your needs, there’s no pushy sales and you can really feel the love and attention that goes into all aspects of their work. Having had recommendations for Fultons I contacted Zoe and Brian with some ideas for an engagement ring. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, despite me being several hours away and doing the majority of the decision making via video link. The service and finished product far surpassed anything I would have found on the high street, for no real difference in cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone, and we will be using you both for any future items without a doubt.

Fultons made me a bespoke gold ring exactly like the dress ring I bought and really liked. Unbeknown to me my husband and Zoe had been in communication and it was a surprise for Christmas. It is absolutely beautiful.
