Sadly giving a 1 star due to the last two times, going into the Flackwell Bizzy Wash and facing the new manager. I believe her name is Sharon. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional talking about other customers to people sat waiting for their washing. She NEVER smiles and should not be customer facing. How can a manager, manage a team of happy people when she is so damn miserable? I shall avoid attending when she is on shift as the other ladies are super friendly or find another laundrette to do my clothes. Very very disappointed in her behaviour.

Good selection of big and small washing machines. Prices as of 31/03/23, £7 big wash & £6 small wash. Tumble dryer £1 for 7 mins (I think?). Staff are always helpful and have change on hand if needed. Have used the dry cleaning service before which was great and we're helpful in spotting some nicks on my suit!

Had a very friendly couple of hours here washing my king size bed quilt and chatting to the lady that works there, she was very friendly and helpful as this was my first time going there.

I hate doing laundry but the ladies in this place take the sting out of it. Really lovely staff, always super friendly and helpful. Can get very busy in the winter !

Owner didn’t allow me to dry my rug, saying it will ruin the dryer” since this is a professional business with industrial dryers that is not a valid accuse for paying customers. Lack of professionalism and left with a wet rug."

Very nice staff, dropped off a king size thick duvet to be washed and dried here. Returned later in day to collect. Price was very reasonable.

Impeccable service. Came here to wash and dry an expensive puffer coat, and was worried coat would look and feel different.The ladies were very professional and assured me all would be ok.. Went to pick up my jacket 1hr30mins later and to my relief it looked as good as brand new. They even recommended using tennis balls to dry out the duck feathers.. Absolutely chuffed with the service.Will defo be coming back again, and have already recommended to soo many people. *****

The worst self-service laundry and also the employees. The employees are rude and do not let the customers dry or even wash the clothes, arguing that they have to wash and dry them.
