Jumpee is very professional in dealing with queries about mortgages. She is very approachable and responds to questions quickly. As a first-time buyer, I need a lot of help and guidance about applying for mortgages and the different protection covers it entails. But Jumpee made it easier for me to understand all the bits and pieces about mortgages. She also updates me promptly, sometimes, even if it's a bank holiday; as long as there is an update about my property, she makes sure that I am aware. I couldn't ask for a better mortgage advisor.

One day I was scrolling through TikTok and came across Jumpee’s profile. To be honest I was quiet hesitant at first but at the same time really happy to see a filipina mortgage advisor. I trusted my gut, emailed her and booked for an appointment last October. Fast forward to today, it has been 2 weeks now since we moved to our new house and I could not thank Jumpee enough for all the guidance and help she has given us all throughout the mortgage process.
