Professional, friendly and knowledgeable customer service throughout the whole process when purchasing our new carpet, cannot fault it.The range of options on display at the shop is plentiful, and stylishly presented.Not only that, it's easy to locate and access, with lots of parking nearby.I would 100% recommend using Bespoke Flooring Studio.

We wanted to buy the Amtico flooring for our new built home. Our friend will fit the flooring for us so we only need the flooring products themselves. We want diferent types of Amtico products including herringbone, click smart, strips, adhessive and so on. We searched the Amtico retailer on Amtico's website and Bespoke Flooring is the third retailer I called (We based in Newport so I called the close ones first). Albino and Daniel are soooo friendly, flexible and helpful. I had to move to our new house before a certain date and I hoped the flooring can be fitted before we moved in.But as you know, during this period, for various reasons, you have to order your goods far in advance and the merchant may not always be able to deliver your order on time. But Albino and Daniel went out of their way to help me get the flooring I wanted at the desired time. There was another situation that I had never thought of. Amtico does not offer direct delivery to private addresses. Delivery must be made to the Amtico retailer's address. Since I didn't need the installing service, the retailers I asked before said they didn't have time to arrange delivery for me and I had to colloct the floorings at the shop myself. This is difficult for me (There will be more than 100 heavy boxes!). I was also shocked that such expensive products couldn't includ the delivery service. Albino and Daniel did their best to arrange two deliveries for me at a very reasonable price. Best of all, Bespoke Flooring Studio's offer was the best value out of the 3 I asked for! And when my fitter asked them questions during the subsequent installation, they were always very nice and helpful. I am really glad that I found Bespoke Flooring Studio. My good friend is about to buy a house in our neighbourhood and I have already referred Bespoke Flooring to her. This 5 star review comes from my heart. We used Bespoke Flooring to fit new carpet across our entire house. Dan was extremely professional throughout the whole process and worked to an incredibly high standard. We are thrilled with the end result and cannot recommend them highly enough. The carpets are of excellent quality and the price was very reasonable.

I had the best experience with Bespoke Flooring from start to finish! The showroom shop in Pontypridd was so stylish and impressive, the range of flooring types and range of prices was vast and shop assistant Albino was very helpful. Owner Dan was communicative in letting me know what rooms/flooring were going to be done each day (as had the whole house done). Floor fitters Lee and Tom are incredibly skilled and I’m thankful of how much attention to detail they paid. I love my new carpet and Amtico flooring! Would 100% recommend to everyone.

We recently had our kitchen, hall and cloakroom floor fitted by Bespoke Flooring. They came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! Daniel was a pleasure to have in our home, nothing was too much trouble for him. He pays attention to every small detail and his workmanship is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone. Even when we experience an issue following some alterations being made to our utility room, Daniel came the following day to rectify it! Bespoke flooring are absolutely brilliant. Totally professional and the work is carried out with care and attention to every detail offering a first class service. Daniel, Lee and Tom are a superb team and provided my home with a beautiful carpet on my stairs and landing from alternative flooring and a gorgeous amtico floor in my work space. Thoroughly professional people. Very pleased with our flooring. Ordered Amtico flooring product and installation for our new home through Bespoke Flooring Studio. They were very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. We were not quite sure till last about about the layout that we wanted but they were very patient and demonstrated on the day of installation different layouts and explained the pros and cons of each layout which made it very easy for us to make the right decision. It is rare to find such genuine people doing business these days. The quality of work done is excellent and anyone visiting the house praises the great work done by these guys. Dan laid bathroom floor Amtico spacia , dpm self leveller, so pleased. Nothing too much trouble brought samples before to see if I was happy. showroom staff,Albino and Rhys easy to contact and nothing too much trouble! Would highly recommend this company.
