We have had a great experience with CCC in our recent install of WIFI access points and new phone system. Matt the engineer in particular was fantastic, attention to detail, solved any problems and couldn't have been more helpful. Elizabeth is quick with communications and helps to get things done efficiently.Would highly recommend.

Mark from Complete Communications conatcted us about a new VoIP system and after a few conversations we asked him to come in and demponstrate the system. I was really useful to see the phones we would get demonstarted in our office and on our WiFi. The installation seemed very easy and we could have our old system running until the new system was ready, meaning there was no down time for our phones. Excellent servoce all round!

We feel very reluctant to write a bad review for any company, however, what we have experienced with Complete Communications has been a nightmare. We would never recommend this company as we have numerour issues (on a weekly basis) with the telephone system they have provided. We are constantly chasing them when incoming and outbound calls cannot be made and although they are resolved, we rarely recieve an apology or a reason for this. A real shame considering the way things initially started.

We are now using our new telephone system provided by Complete Communications. Elizabeth made the preperation process for the change over very easy and installation was professional. Even a few teething troubles at onset of installation were dealt with promptly and our original engineeer Steve sorted out the small issues raised. Very impressed with the whole process. Thank you team!
