Wanted to recommend this business on the basis of help I received from Terry when buying my first Porsche recently. He put the car on the ramp for me and gave it a good look over to assuage my concerns! His advice and opinion was very helpful. Thanks Terry

These guys are quite exceptional. They identified my Macan S issue when a local franchise dealer couldn’t, and fixed the problem at < 10% of the proposed Franchise dealer cost. Great stuff.NB when collecting there is no TAXI rank or service at Kelvedon station! Be aware it’s 3.3 miles!Highly recommend.

Picking up the phone to Terry and his team is the best thing I have done as a Porsche owner. He puts you totally at ease with his knowledge and enthusiasm. Great prices and service. I don't often share my experience of service received, however following a recent visit to Autostrasse I felt I should make an exception. I used to be a regular customer several years back when the business was owned by Ken and Allan and always received good service. Now having met Terry and spoken to Collin during my Porsche's service visit I can't see my car going anywhere else. Terry's knowledge and passion for the brand is clear to see and is only matched by his willingness to ensure you feel like a valued customer. definitely highly recommended.

I recently used Autostrasse for a major service of my Porsche Macan (including new MOT). Excellent service from Tom and the team. Completed the service within the time they quoted and kept me informed throughout. Very cost-effective too. Will definitely use again. Very pleased with the service provided.

First class service. Colin and Tom are fantastic. They make you feel welcome and in no way stupid… Unlike some other garages I’ve known in the past. Always supportive and encourage you to enjoy your car rather than worry about all the problems you read about on the internet!

All changed since the 2 new herberts appeared in the workshop. Could never speak to Terry, always unavailable or not in work. Something seemed fishy. Still I let let them loose on my car for a service and they tried to overcharge me massively compared to previous years. When confronted guys were rude and snappy despite good loyalty to the company for many years. Got home and did some digging around the car only to find they hadn't done most of the stuff they claimed as I suspected. Have they got their hand in the till, I do wonder. Shame the only one worth any salt is Terry but till these 2 ignorant divs leave I will never go back.

I have been using Autostrasse for years now and I cannot praise them enough especially Terry. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about Porsche. Nothing is too much trouble. Terry explains everything in great detail what repairs are required. He is also very friendly. I would never take my Porsche anywhere else.

My 981 Cayman was out of Porsche warranty, so I took the decision to look outside of the dealer network for servicing. Looking online, Terry at Autostrasse seemed to be a popular guy in this arena, so I gave them a go. They carried out the service quickly, and Terry gave me some advice about keeping my car running sweetly. My car had a brake squeal that we just couldn't shift (we tried new pads, new discs but it wouldn't go!) but Terry, Colin and Tom clearly cared more about sorting the issue than they did about taking my money. I'm hoping the squeal has now been resolved, as the guys just wouldn't give up on it. I highly recommend Autostrasse - decent honest guys.
