Paul has just come back to sort out my living room floors having restored the floors across the first floor, and he’s coming back again to restore the staircase. This tells you all you need to know. Paul is brilliant and his work is beautiful, I am so so pleased with how he’s transforming my floors. He is professional, efficient, and remarkably tidy! There is magically never any dust. Paul and his team arrived on time, were friendly and professional from the start. They worked on my entrance hall parquet floor and lounge/dining room oak floor and they both look incredible. I cannot believe the transformation of them. Paul is so knowledgeable about the work he does, identifies the importance of doing a good job, being efficient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they had to patch up some areas of flooring in both rooms, and you would never know they had done it.
