Never see the same vet, some reception staff arent very helpful and need training in customer service skills. Had an issue with one of my animals and didnt rate the vet that I saw at all, however some of their vets are very good. Hit and miss

I have used Ard Beiyn for several years now and truly I cannot fault them. Very caring staff and always professional. Normally parking is not an issue outside either. I use their petplan scheme which makes ownership of a pet more affordable in my opinion.
