Since the company's management changed a few years ago, they have been a pleasure to deal with - although the house itself had issues, the Northwood team were responsive, attentive and fair, and we would have no hesitation renting through them again. A wonderful experience with a highly professional team. From the first call through the viewing with Annia Wilkinson such a lovely/professional person until getting the keys of the house! They manage to change the whole house carpet and do the paintings. I received the keys in the exact date I asked for which was 1 month after my viewing. Even after settling in they respond quickly and efficiently to calls an emails-Thanks Emma ParksI will definitely recommend Northwood Derbyshire Ltd.

After using another Letting Agent with little to no success we moved to Northwood as we had heard that they excelled in marketing and with the addition of Emma Parks to the team we knew we were in good hands. We have a single HMO and had been struggling to fill it. Within a week, it was advertised, viewings booked and ultimately let. We couldn’t be happier. Although I haven’t met Annie in person, I have spoke to her on the phone and she is vibrant and articulate. Emma is my every day contact and is never flustered, she communicates exactly what is needed, her knowledge and experience with HMO’s is outstanding.
