Alex was brilliant throughout the whole sale process. Both he and Dylan come across as very professional, personable and genuine. Alex was the lead on our sale and was proactive in communicating and also chasing up in the chain when relevant. We really trust his experience and opinion which was invaluable in ensuring a smooth sale. Our experience of using Alex and Dylan to purchase a house was genuinely outstanding. Throughout the process, they were helpful, responsive, honest, candid and human. For various reasons of personal circumstance, it was a really stressful time, but they could not have done more to help us manage the purchase as seamlessly as possible (even when things got complicated, for reasons beyond their control). I can honestly recommend them unreservedly as estate agents who totally defy any negative stereotypes and I am so grateful to them for their help. I don't plan on selling the house any time soon (!), but if and when we do, then I will certainly be using them to do it.

I was recommended Strattons by a colleague who had recently sold her house through them - so I invited them in for a valuation having not been overly impressed by any other agents who had given me a valuation. I instantly got on well with Dylan who is professional and knowledgeable about the Bath property market, but also very personable and easy to talk to. I was nervous about moving, particularly selling so early in the year, and needed a bit of hand holding through the process, but he gave me the confidence to go ahead with it and moral support when I needed it. I was kept informed about viewings and disruption was minimized since these were generally grouped together which was really helpful. Both Dylan and Alex were a pleasure to deal with, they gave constructive advice and were always very responsive, communicating mainly via a Whatsapp group. Dylan really went the extra mile to sell my house, even trying to rescue my cat when it got into the loft on one particular viewing! Alex and Dylan were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.We nearly bought a house with them in 2021, but decided on something else. Anyway, fast forward to this summer and we got back in contact with Alex about a house he had listed. We had a viewing 2 days after, our house on the market 3 days after that, and off the market within 3 days of being listed.They’re hugely personable agents, and don’t seem to take on too many listings to enable them to give that 1:1 service. They might be a bit more pricey than other agents, but you definitely get what you pay for here.Highly, highly recommended!
