Greggs

I went there, at about 11am to get some lunch, and low and behold, no rolls, no baguettes, the young fella behind the counter couldn't even open a bottle of ketchup and I'm like really, I did feel for the store manager as he was looking stressed, annoyed. It's not the 1st time that greggs has been empty of baguettes, there was a queue of people and a lot of them were getting annoyed because of the lack of food, the young man needs training and quickly, I'm a chef manager and my staff go through constant training.

Ok suppose. Nice grub but the rolls could be so much better if they didn't put the contents all at the front of the roll.

Never before have I ever been served by such rude and arrogant members of staff needless to say I won’t be going back there.

Terrible customer service, no organisation during busy periods, cannot keep up with the lunch rush, stock always seems to be running low.Today I watched them add trays of pizza to the oven when they were nearly fully stocked in the display case, but they were running behind by about 25 minutes on serving sausage rolls. They were then unable to serve sausage rolls to the customers in the order they sold them. I saw one poor woman query the wait, she'd been stood there a while as people behind in the queue were served their food, and the staff shouted at her until she stopped talking. When the sausage rolls came out they were handed out at random and both me and the other women who had been waiting longest were served after others who had been waiting less. I didn't query it though because I'd already seen them shout at another customer and didn't fancy an earful.The wait was made worse when, after already selling out the next two batches, one of the staff made a comment about putting another tray in, but no one bothered to. Seemed to be one poor member of staff doing all the moving and the others just milling around or working at a snail's pace.

Such a lovely greggs and professional staff .Ryan especially was so helpful and professional over the phone with me in regards to a order and came up with a solution promptly and was so professional and understanding .so happy with the Food that got picked up .it is lovely and me and my 2 year old who is sick can now enjoy it .lovely kind shop.thank you to Ryan
