Absolutely fantastic service from Andy, gave me a quote and stuck to it despite the job becoming onerous. Really good at explaining what he'd done to a layman like me! I would give Andy 6 stars if I could. Very professional and highly knowledgeable locksmith. Went above and beyond to fix our broken lock where others have previously failed (with absolutely no damage). Highly recommended!

My patio door mortice lock broke, so I couldn't access my garden.Andy came at the arranged date, and did a great job fixing the door. The lock resisted attempts to open non-invasively, so he had to climb out of a window into the garden to drill the lock, which he did with expertise and finesse.Got the lock open, replaced it, and it's all sorted. Great communication, excellent service and happy with the price! Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Called Andy to pick and replace a very old and broken lock. Other locksmiths attempted to do it and they couldn't. Andy's skills are unprecedented and he managed to pick the lock. The guy is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone. Like I said other locksmiths failed at this. Superb job.
