Attitude shocking, first time I’ve ever wrote a review for anything, woman tried to say I was in breach of data protection by picking up MY own parcel from the middle of shop floor, my data wasn’t being protected anyways for everyone to see parcels all over the middle of the fridge. Clearly by the rest of the google reviews, everybody thinks the same. Been raised to UPS as a protection breach and will take it further purely just on attitude alone.

Ridiculous experience trying to collect my UPS parcel which had been randomly delivered there. Didn't have required photo ID, went home to get it, came back and was told my attitude was bad and she wouldn't give me my parcel. She ended up calling the police as I wasn't leaving without my parcel. Police told her to give me my parcel. Obviously.
