The worst internet ever,not recommended,very slowly and some days not work at all,when I call to ask why was increasing my payment they use me that I not understand English very well and upgrading my contract for another 2 years ,very disappointing…

Absolute joke no WiFi connection during lockdown no support via call,72 HR too wait for response via email,live chat doesn't even work absolutely poor service

Such a bad customer service they have , unprofessional and unqualified workers as they have no idea of what they are doing... don't waste your money on them go somewhere else because I'm never gonna recommend them to anyone, I have never had any problems with any other broadbands but they are the worst they gave me a headache.
