Wonderful experience all around and a great service from Mudassa, who really went out of his way to ensure all of our needs were catered for.We booked an Umrah trip with Yousaf Religious Tours but the default package did not suit our needs. Mudassa was able to customise our package and arrange alternative flights and private transfers to and from the airport and also to go from Makkah and Medinah, and offer us the desired reduced package we were seeking.Not only that, he was readily available via phone and WhatsApp to support our needs and answer any questions, like when the airline changed our return flights and double our stop-over time, he went above and beyond to get our original flights back!We all had a wonderful, stress-free and relaxing trip because we had booked via them.Will 110% recommend this travel company!

Although I didn’t end up booking with this company as I was able to find a cheaper package, the agent who was in Makkah at the same time was very helpful in answering all my queries about Umrah and helping me find a tailor made package in such short notice. I would definitely recommend!

I travelled with Yousaf Religious Tours to go umrah for the first time. Everything was well communicated prior and whilst we were there, itinerary was sent out with dates beforehand. The hotels were 5 ⭐️ which was good. Also we were guided throughout which supported me as it was my first time.Would highly recommend YRT to everyone, and I look forward to booking again next year- InShaAllah.

Second time travelling with Yousuf Religious Tours first time was last October for Ummrah and this time to Palestine, excellent service provided by brother Mudassar, all we had to do is turn up at the airport on both occasions and everything else was dealt by him.
