Store in Shoreditch doesn't exist anymore! I spoke to the business and they are struggling to get updated on Google maps so save the hassle and go to their store in Victoria (details on website)

Special thanks go to Dean and the team - I bought a Peyote dining table with RB12 late last year, a bit sad that it came with shipment damage (2 dents on the edge), it's otherwise a beautiful piece. Dean and the team has been super responsive and professional in handling the case and provided few options to solve the issue.Although not 100% perfect for the purchase experience itself, I am impressed by the customer service and quality of product still. Would highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality and trendy furniture pieces and most importantly you can count on the people you are dealing with :)

Best customer service- both Elodie & Dean are great to deal with !These guys are really professional, experienced & above all super helpful. Chose a bed & bedside in no time but I needed a fair bit of advice on a difficult to place unit & Elodie spent loads of time via email & video call helping to get the design right. Dean also weighed in when I was getting a bit overwhelmed !I can really recommend RB12. I've now ordered from them twice & will order from them again before too long I hope.
