I’m afraid to say this is a miserable place, the staff have changedand I find them quite miserable. One female staff seems like she will explode! Hardly visit at all, drinks not overly well presented, not too hot, what has happened?I use a place with character just around the corner, proper tea leaves and cheaper and friendly staff!

I’m fortunate that in the town where I live we have probably got the best Costa outlet and sadly the worst too. This particular outlet does Costa no favours.However, I decided to treat myself to the new hot chocolate the company has launched for Easter. There was really no difference other than the chocolate bunny and the presentation of the drink was abysmal, nothing like advertised.I didn’t complain as I’m recovering from an operation but really, the barista was an embarista to the brand.It gets worse!! I walked into town on Sunday with my friends and we went in for a coffee. I bought three copies in the cake, handed over my Costa card and yet none of the points have been added!I think in future I will stick to the tea room around the corner when in Storrington.

Costa Coffee Storrington, absolutely 5 star. The staff are excellent and showed such compassion today for a elderly gentleman who was in need of help and I would like to thank them and one lady in particular who helped enormously far and beyond what I would consider their normal duties within the coffee shop.Thank you for your kindness and we so much appreciated your help.As always the staff are excellent and are so much appreciated. Thank you...A lovely place to visit...

All was good until the lady sprayed the table next to us and failed to see she sprayed my partner and his top... Whoops! Please spray into the cloth then wipe the table, we didn't mention it, it's no biggie just general housekeeping stuff... Drinks were fine, surroundings fine, service quick.

Went into costa in Storrington to buy a gluten free sandwich but I was informed they didn’t have any in. I went next door into waitrose to buy a gluten free sandwich then went back into costa to buy a drink. Was rudely told I could not eat my gluten free sandwich on their premises as it will make them look bad. They put the blame on me when this was not my fault they did not have a gluten free option.

Went in for a coffee with my husband last Saturday morning (22nd). It was really dirty. Floor looked like it hadnt been mopped for weeks. Windows absolutely filthy, I could hardly see out!! Tried not to stick to the table we sat at. Toilets without soap. Not an enjoyably visit. I hope it was a one off as its been well run in the past.
