Very good experience with Pinto properties. Quick processing of paperwork and handing over the keys. This is a delayed review from my side but still wanted to appreciate how effectively Ben did all the work for moving in swiftly.

Ben was fantastic, as the buying party I was kept informed of everything going on and he was instrumental in leaning on the solicitors on behalf of both the buying and selling party.Personable and professional, I'd happily use Pinto if I was to ever sell my house.Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Having used a letting agency for the first time I couldn’t have chosen a more professional and experienced agent. We recently sold our property in Tankersley through Pinto Property. Ben was fantastic. He took superb photos and had us on right move the same day. The property sold straight away, but the outstanding service did not stop there. Ben kept us updated and fully informed through the whole process. Amazing service from initial viewing of our property, right through to even after we’d moved into our new home.Ben’s straight talking, no nonsense approach made him stand out from other agents.He gave gave tips of how best to present our property, making it more appealing to potential buyers (unlike all the other agents we’d spoken to beforehand).Our property sold for full asking price within 24 hours, which was much more than we expected.Pinto made selling the house a dream, taking all the stress away, meaning we could concentrate on the excitement of moving to our new home.I would (and have done since) recommend Pinto to anyone!

Really can't say I'd recommend them. While some issues at the property had been promptly resolved during our 2 year rental, there are some that haven't been addressed even after we moved out. However, we lived with a leaking roof, mould in 2 rooms because it was a non isolated property with poor ventilation (extremely dangerous for a newborn...which we cleaned, leaving some marks), dry wall coming down and damp proofing done wrong (as the wall started falling down again). Still, what amazed us is that we've been charged from our deposit for painting those walls we cleaned, without being given the chance to do it ourselves (at our own cost, by ourselves with someone we'd choose for the job) and without any proof of how the money taken from us has been used.
