I recently came in to purchase new carpet for 4 rooms in my house.Tom approached me politely, and expertly guided me through the whole process! as easy as that. No complaints whatsoever, he was brilliant.I will be returning to Tom when I need to purchase additional flooring the coming months.He was a credit to the company, and if he worked for me I'd promote him to management tomorrow! A brilliant example of a friendly, and knowledgeable salesman.

Saw a flooring design online, rang & confirmed sample in showroom to view , visited llandudno site & dealt with Tom, really helpful but not pushy . Placed order, Tom made it really easy

Staff were very pleasant and easy to work with. Had a very broad knowledge of what was on offer and really helped me nail down what I needed. Patient and polite, couldn't ask for better!!

Booked a visit as our house is more than 20 miles from the store. Received a courtesy call an hour beforehand to check all good and to confirm arrival time. Malcolm arrived on time, measured up, offered great advice, and we settled on flooring for entrance hall, hall, and 4 rooms. Great service.

Great service and supportive staff. I found one staff member, Grant, particularly helpful and approachable. Grant gave me helpful info and made my shopping experience a lot easier. Would definitely visit again.

Had some issues with the fitting service. Managed to get it resolved very quickly with the help of Grant , couldn’t praise him enough, smashed it out the park with his customer service and he deserves a bonus for the effort he’s put in to help me out !! Legend !!

Amazing customer service. Tom approached us with a huge smile and a willing nature. Spent a lot of time helping us choose what carpets we wanted. We had our shoes off, samples by the door to see true colours and even found a golden tickets winning us chocolate’s to keep our toddler happy. An entirely different experience to other places we had visited. We have purchased our carpets and are very excited to see them fitted. Ian Shelby also came and measured and was very professional and helpful. All round great experience. Thanks Tom! We will be back when we are ready to do our bedrooms
