My company asked Bristol Fire to quote on an alarm system at our premises. They listened to what we needed and wrote a clearly explained quote for us that mapped exactly onto what our fire risk assessor had recommended. They also quoted at a very competitive price. We duly commissioned them to do the install which was completed today. The two installers (Adam & Dave) were prompt, pleasant and cheerful, and worked really hard on our installation, which wasn’t always easy as some of the underlying electrics turned out to need attention. Nothing was too much trouble for them - they took time to answer all my queries and liaised well with the tenants in the building. They then did a very tidy job of the install, including making good any minor damage to the decoration. Adam & Dave were also very patient in teaching me how to use the alarm system, plus cleaned up after themselves and left the premises immaculate. A pleasure to work with.

We've had a right faff with an unknown fault in our flats fire alarm system. After lots of phone calls, the friendliest service and three visits to try and resolve the issue, it turns out the issue was a hidden fire alarm that none of us knew about. Although a frustrating situation (for both us and Bristol Fire) they made the whole process very pleasant. Thank you so much for your super quick response time and not giving up!

Have used Bristol Fire a couple of times now. The latest was to install a wifi burglar alarm at a client's property. James who installed the alarm was great to deal with and made sure that I fully understood how the alarm worked. Will definitely use Bristol Fire again.
