I purchased a pair of walking boots a considerable period ago and there was an issue with the goods.I called the head office and spoke to one on the sales members.I was asked to return the goods for them to examine when I noticed the location of the head office and as such being in the area the next morning I delivered the boots.I received a call in the afternoon offering to replace the goods which I kindly accepted.The new boots were delivered the next day.Can I say what a fantastic customer service and a company the owners should be proud of.
