What a friendly place to shop. There were 2 people in the shop serving other customers and when I walked in a third person came over and asked of I needed any help. When I said that I needed some time to browse, they left me to look around but stayed attentive ti when I was ready to ask questions. We are looking to get engaged soon and I will definitely be going back into the Hereford branch when we go ring hunting. Thanks Ernest Jones Hereford

I went there for chain replacement and I found it with extra help of him, he gave me a 20 % off from the full price. I was so delighted. When I was waiting for the first purchase I spotted wedding ring that I always wanted. So I have a look if there is on my size. Eventually I purchased without thinking twice. The assistant was so helpful he was acting as he was my shopper assistant. I have had a pleasant experience with Ernest Jones. I felt special and being taken care of. Ernest Jones was my choice then and now. I will definitely come again. For my next visit I would like to order my pendant cross made from pearls. See you soon Ernest Jones.

Excellent, thoughtful and very much personal serviceWe had a custom made ring designed via Ernest Jones in Hereford.Helen and James were brilliant at giving us ideas and listening to what we wanted to achieve in the final design. When the ring came back from the jewellery makers it took our breath away, it was even better than we have anticipated. Helen has gone beyond the call of duty and made sure our rings were handled with care and updated us on every little detail and also on the progress that was made.We couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else in the future.

Big thanks to Ernie for setting me up with a spanking new necklace and a jewel encrusted tiara. I look absolutely adorable in the new outfit and I'm certain that I will be the envy of the blokes down the rowing club next time I saunter down there!
