Bernadette, from Burntwood Paul Carr, has been fabulous. It has taken a long time for us to exchange due to our chain, where our buyer's side kept delaying, as they were not ready, but Bernadette was like a dog with a bone chasing and making sure it does not take much more time. She has always been there, every time I called or left a message. Thank you Bernadette.

Over an exceptionally long process Bernie was the one person we could rely on to find out what was actually happening and push things along. I can’t thank and praise her enough. Professional, courteous and friendly service from Paul Carr from the outset. Kept fully informed throughout a fairly lengthy process. Release of keys at the end was stressful to say the least (no reflection on Carrs) but Bernadette really pulled out all the stops working hard in the background to conclude the transaction and keeping me informed. I would also commend James and Sophie for their part in this and the lovely Julie who answered telephone calls so promptly and is so friendly. I never thought I would write such a review for an Estate Agency after past experiences but Carrs have restored my faith in the profession and I highly recommend them.

How can we describe Paul Carr… simple… the best estate agent around. From the initial valuation, through to us completing on our purchase, they provided a really personal touch throughout the end to end journey.
