Not only is the food top tier and different to anything you could get in Inverness, but the owner is the worlds loveliest man. Great service and really makes you want to come back. Couldn’t recommend more :)

I returned to Scotland from the US in June. I had been disappointed with sushi in Scotland until I visited The Sushiness this evening. I tried the deep fried lamb roll. I was a little sceptical to be honest, but it was amazing. The lamb was tender and the light crispy fried panko was a delight. Superb stuff. The owner or owners were super nice and I was given a nice hot cup of coffee while I waited. I'm a bit of a sushi snob and my girlfriend is Japanese. Well done The Sushiness, I'll definitely be back. ありがとうございます

Everything was delicious! The food was ready to go when I came to collect and it came with lots of dips and wasabi. Will definitely be back again soon, highly recommend!
