Escape To The Fields

We were incredibly lucky with the weather and had another fabulous weekend of R&R having previously done the same last year. It is all very well set up and a beautiful spot with very attentive hosts. Swimming pool was good even for our older kids. The broad town Brewery is a gem and we chose to eat our meals there rather than cook on site. Shower block is spotless and the tents provide a comfortable and warm nights sleep. Thoroughly recommend.

This is an absolutely fabulous place ideal for families and gatherings. We spent a lovely long weekend there. The accommodation was brilliant, as was the (self-generated) entertainment, BBQs, swimming pool, campfire for evening singalongs. Having fridges to store food and amazing showers added to the overall luxury. Everyone had a wonderful time and created some lovely memories. Totally recommended.

Absolutely love this venue. It's perfect for our group of 10 families to get together for some quality time and catch up. Our kids all look forward to it and we feel looked after and left to our own devices in the absolute perfect balance to enjoy toasting marshmallows on the fire, having epic bbq's, group games, swimming and feeding the animals. The facilities are brilliant and the hosts are lovely.

We visited Escape to the Fields for an exclusive weekend hire with 18 adults and 21 kids ranging from 10 months to 12 years old and every single one of us had an amazing time. Each tent was very well equipped and Chris couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful both prior to and throughout our stay. The children loved the animals, particularly helping to feed them each morning! Although we had some rain on the Saturday it really didn’t affect anything as the communal barn area is a super space and was plenty big enough for our group. I also mustn’t forget the super pool, which was a real treat. We will definitely be back!

Amazing glamping site set in a lovely part of the countryside. Extremely family friendly which allowed our children to roam around in a safe environment and play with others. Being able to feed the animals each morning was a real treat, following by a nice relaxing dip in the on site swimming pool. A thoroughly enjoyable break topped by fabulous hosts Chris and Amy who made us feel so very welcome. Can’t wait to visit again next year!

From the moment we arrived, I was blown away by the stunning surroundings and luxurious accommodations. The glamping tents were beautifully decorated and equipped with all the comforts one could ask for.Chris & Amy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine passion for hospitality. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay, from the welcome basket to the thoughtful touches inside the tent.The glamping site itself was an oasis of tranquility. Nestled in nature, we were surrounded by breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. Whether we were lounging on the chairs or cozying up by the crackling fire pit, the serenity of the surroundings was a balm for the soul.What truly stood out was the hosts' commitment to providing exceptional experiences. They organised fantastic activities, such as feeding their beautiful animals, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the outdoors.To top it all off, the heated swimming pool and fully equipped games barn kept the kids entertained for hours!I cannot recommend this glamping site and its hosts enough. It's a magical retreat where nature and luxury blend seamlessly, creating an unforgettable getaway. If you're looking for a unique and rejuvenating experience with hosts who treat you like family, this is the place to be. I am already counting down the days until I can return!

What an amazing place! Chris & Amy have created such an incredible site - with every detail thought of. We were a group of 10 families and we always struggle to find somewhere that works for us, but ETTF was just perfect. From the social barn, to the spotless modern shower block, to the brewery down the road, to the hosted animal feeding, to the heated outdoor pool - I mean, what more could you ask for! Chris was hugely helpful throughout the whole booking process, nothing was too much trouble! I challenge anyone to find a better site! Thanks Chris & Amy!

Just home after a terrific stay at The Fields. Accommodation was lovely, double beds with electric blankets. Shower block was the best I've ever used on a campsite. The animals were all lovely and friendly, even a 5 day old alpaca

We recently stayed at Escape to the Fields, and could not fault anything about the place. It provided location for perfect weekend. Some more details -- Chris and Amy are perfect hosts, friendly and making sure you have everything you need. Plus they let the kids feed the animals (which they loved) and gave us fantastic route for good walk.- Electric blankets are provided, which was very cozy going to bed- The toilet and shower facilities are great, one of the best I’ve experienced while c/glamping.- Pool nice and warm- Meeting baby alpaca Tarquin was icing on the cake.
