Used the service to get rid of furniture left by previous tenants and was left extremely happy with how it all went. I was advised on when they would come and they showed up right on time. Moreover, besides doing a great job, and doing it quickly, Leon and Tony were incredibly nice. Would definitely use the company again!

Really appreciate the fast turn around on getting rubbish picked up from this company. I asked for a revised quote mid-afternoon on the 4th of September and our pile got picked up by 7pm!The crew that came was also really professional. Took everything we identified and left our place tidy.Hands down would recommend to others and use again if we need to in the future.

Super nice and friendly team, got rid of everything that was quoted from the pictures I sent. Fast, efficient, and fantastic price. Got a slot quickly and the team arrived promptly as planned and I was kept updated the whole time. I highly recommend Our Helpful Hands as I have dealt with other removal companies in the past who were not nearly as good as these guys! Will be using this service again for sure!

The office with very helpful and efficient. Sorted collection quickly and easily. They managed to deal with the complications of collecting from my mews very well. When the guys arrived to collect the items they were polite, friendly and efficient. I can not say a bad word about them it all went perfectly. I have already booked the next job for them.

Amazing swift, reliable and affordable company. I highly recommend. I was in a jam at the end of my tenancy and needed to get rid of an old mattress, wardrobe, old bedding and a few other odds and ends ASAP. These guys were super efficient. I was quoted a very competitive price on an easy to use WhatsApp chat, and offered a slot the same day (an hour later). The guys who came to collect were so thorough, quick & friendly, they didn’t leave a single leaf behind! Very impressed and will recommend to others and use again.

Really easy company to deal with: Responded quickly and efficiently to our enquiry, asked us to send a photo of what rubbish we needed cleared away and then gave a good, competitive quote.At the agreed date and time, two very friendly guys - Tony and Leon - turned up, having called 15 minutes prior to warn us of their impending arrival. They then cleared away all our stuff very quickly and efficiently, making sure we were happy before heading off.I couldn't recommend these guys enough and would definitely use them again if I needed to.

We used this disposal service today and everything was perfect. It was done in an efficient and timely manner and the men who came to collect everything could not have been nicer. We also had an issue with some furniture that we forgot about and they were available and willing to help when we contacted them. Our Helpful Hands were very efficient. They provided a reasonable quote quickly and were flexible when arranging the pick up date and timing. They arrived at the arranged time and sent a text 30 minutes before arrival. They recycle everything which other companies don't always do. The men who collected the rubbish were excellent. They were polite, friendly, helpful, efficient and worked very quickly. I would definitely use them again.
