We - a party of 3 - dined here on the 22nd of September 2023 at lunch.We were just walking the streets in the area when we decided to dine here - there’s a lot of restaurants but this place just looked interesting.We got a table outside - as requested - and could that way enjoy the nice atmosphere of the area.The staff is very kind, quick and professional - and shortly after getting seated we got the drinks we ordered and could go pick up the tapas we wanted.The concept is that either you order some tapas which is then freshly made - or you walk inside, grab a plate and choose from the tapas in the “buffet”-area. Each tapas comes with a short description of what it consist off. Very easy to do.And - my my - these tapas are tasty. We’ll made, fresh products, interestingly put together. My male friend and I each had 5 tapas - and our female friend had 3.This is definitely a place we would visit again.

Not a bad pitstop while shopping around Carnaby street. We got a seat outside, which was a bit more spacious than the seats inside. You can also crowd watch if you sit outside, weather permitting.The food was ok. My standard for tapas is Spain, which is an unfair comparison.

Good food with great cocktails and friendly staff! Try out the Padron as cocktail, you will not regret it.

Still as good as ever, although ordering from the online menu isn’t as enjoyable as picking directly from the buffet - but that can’t be helped in current circumstances. I don’t suppose many people will be buying £12 cocktails these days, but the draught Estrella Galicia is great value. Pix is still by far the best of the pinxtos and tapas genre.

Return visit for my daughter. We all love tapas for the varied food selection. This chain uses the stick method to work out how much food you have eaten. Cold tapas is self service from the bar with hot food ordered via the staff from the underground kitchen. All really flavoursome. The small tables and crowded room gives it a very authentic feel.

Pix Carnaby is one of our favourite haunts in Soho. It is a tapas restaurant that works like a buffet with a great variety of miniature tapas and cocktails. The food is consistently delicious and there is something for everyone. The service is good too. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been!

Great tapas spot in the heart of bustling Soho. Stands apart from the many other tapas restaurants by displaying all the available plates on the counter - you simply pick what you want and they add it up at the end. Made for a really fun experience vs. making guesses at items on a menu.

We were overcharged, and were told we couldn't be refunded on the spot, so they would call later that eve and arrange a refund of the amount we were overcharged by.What ensued is without a doubt the most ignorant and naïve behaviour from a manager I've ever experienced.As a kitchen manager, I have never seen such incompetence from people claiming to be managers themselves. Front of house members were helpful. I feel for them having to sit their managers down to get a problem resolved because they care so little about customers they don't have a moment to make a call.Here are some of their highlights:- We were told there were many obstacles to sort the payment, from an accountant to a specific card machine. We were eventually just paid from a manager's personal account more than a week later.- We were told on 8 separate days we would be contacted the next day, not once did this happen.- We were told no managers were in on particular days, only to be told the following day that they were in, and could have made contact.- I had sent 3 separate emails and not one was replied to.- When my partner followed up via text almost a week later, the manager was very rude, and we were made to feel we were in the wrong.In contrast, we had come from the best lunch I'd had all year, at Pachamama about 10 mins away (would recommend), and came here to get out of the rain on the walk back. The difference is night and day. There they offered us free drinks as it was my partner's birthday, and after giving a good review offered us two more on a next visit. Here we were overcharged, and had to do the work for them, just to get back what should never have been taken in the first place. I understand mistakes happen, but my word their efforts to rectifying it were non existent, as well as being condescending when we would do the chasing up for them.Again, no issue with front of house, they deserve to be working somewhere better.Managing and maintaining a restaurant is tough in this climate, and with so much competition, this one is well worth a miss.

The tapas are really nice, most of which you can take from the counter which is really easy. There are some warm tapas on the menu to order from the kitchen as well. Food quality is good. The restaurant is very cosy with mostly bar style seating. The only downside is that the music which is mostly 70s and 80s although nice doesn't match the atmosphere of a Spanish tapas restaurant. Service is great and staff are really friendly.
