Just a simple thing, my wife had a necklace and the pendant fell off, luckily she noticed and didn't lose it. I popped into Dominic's shop to see if he could help with repairing it. He was very helpful, gracious and repaired it for me there and then and for no charge. Thank you Dominic and also to your colleague who was equally welcoming and helpful

My fiance and I were delighted with the wedding bands we asked Dominic to make! He is incredibly knowledgable and made great recommendations based on what kind of bands we were looking for. I gave him some of the jewelry that my mother had given to me before she died, and he very carefully and sensitively was able to take the stones out of the bands to make my ring and melt the metal to make my fiance's bands. The rings were sized perfectly and exceeded our expectations. Dominic was a pleasure to work with, and we would highly recommend him to everyone. We will certainly be back when we are looking for gifts!

11/10 for customer service. I was in the area for a wedding and noticed last minute that I had forgotten my cufflinks. Dominic personally found me a pair of good quality, good priced cufflinks and even re polished them for me . Would definitely recommend him.
