Very professional service at every stage from start to finish. Every person I dealt with from making my initial enquiry to the survey and the subsequent works undertaken by the tradesperson were all very professional and courteous.I felt they provided a very good service at a price that I was happy with.Should I ever need this type of work again I would not hesitate to use this company again.

The surveyor was both personable and professional, giving us plenty of time and advice as to the process he was completing and what to expect. We instructed his recommended works but when the technician came round to apply the new damp course treatment there were a number of practical issues or complications which he worked hard to overcome and he completed the work to a high standard. I recently needed remedial work for rising damp in the living room of my property, and approached Peter Cox for a quote to survey the site. I had previously used them twelve years earlier for similar work and been pleased with the results.Their Surveyor, Mark Alexander, contacted me immediately and visited the same week. He confirmed that it was classic rising damp and explained what would be required and that the Survey call-out fee was deductible from the cost of the work should I accept their quote. I decided to engage Peter Cox for the work, which commenced very shortly thereafter.To cut a long story short, what should have been about a day and a half of work became a total of two Surveyor’s visits and four separate technician visits to complete the job when unforeseen additional work was required. At every point I was kept in the loop and the Company went above and beyond to ensure the work was completed with minimal delay.
