I don't normally leave reviews regarding places I work, but I've found the professionalism and approach-ability of The Energy Check's employees and employers to be of the highest standard. This company works hard to exceed and surpass companies like it. Happy days.

Despite being very well qualified and short-listed for a sales position working there, nobody would respond to any requests for information about the interview arrangements from their office, nominated recruitment agency or directly personal contact from their office by myself.Was left with the distinct impression of a disorganized office manned by people who really don't care. With hindsight and on reflection, I feel so relieved I never actually worked there.

Despite being asked numerous times to remove our company from their call list, we still get cold calls from The Energy Checking Company every other day. If they're this disorganised (or straight up ignoring our requests), they must be either incompetent or peddling a scam. Best worth avoiding.

Having worked in the energy industry for a number of years, with different consultancies, The Energy Checking Company is like a breath of fresh air in an industry that notoriously has a bad reputation. Everything is done with the customers best interests at heart.It is a brilliant place to work and i actually enjoy coming to work every day

The Energy Check Company called to offer savings on electric and gas. I don't normally bother with sales calls but had a little time before a meeting. Glad I did, excellent service and a great saving on electric cost.

I have worked for The Energy Check since early November 2016, They are very professional and Knowledgeable about the Energy Market. Since I have worked here I have seen we have been able to save hundreds of customers, up and down the UK money and time on there past and present energy contracts, KVA Capacity, and Energy Procurement etc. They started as a small business and have quickly became one of the leading Energy Consultancies in the North East, and possibly the country. I love working for this company and there morals as a growing business are great, totally customer focused and the quality of customer service has greatly Improved and we are entirely customer focused, along with being very focused on money saving too.Overall, a fantastic Company.

Terrible service. The whole ordeal took 8 months, and there was hardly any communication throughout, despite multiple emails and phone calls on our part asking for updates. We weren't even given a call to say that we had finally been switched, and 4 months later, out of the blue, we received a quarterly bill from our new supplier. We phoned the new supplier and they didn't even know who we were - they hadn't been given the right names or address for our new account.Terribly experience and would never use this company again. Whenever we did manage to get in contact with them, the guys we dealt with were completely useless and made it very clear they didn't care at all about the service they were giving.Would not recommend.

Brilliant service from this company, very professional and transparent with a unique approach. They educated me on industry legislations that I would otherwise have brushed aside both on a corporate and domestic level which consequently saved on energy costs. I am sorting out my domestic energy contracts with them now and am looking forward to continuing working with them

I've recently joined The Energy Check but so far I am very impressed by its professionalism and how the management support their staff. They listen to our comments and feedback on how to improve where possible. Unlike other companies I've worked for where they are more focused on their share price and stockholders - rather than their staff.
