Wonderful experience - the dentists here are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and understanding, especially with nervous patients. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, making all my visits pleasant. I highly recommend this practice for their excellent care and friendly staff.

Dr Sharma has been my dentist for several years. At all times he has discussed the various options very clearly, we have made decisions together and he has carried them out excellently. I can’t rate him too highly

Royal Arsenal Dentist is a trustworthy practice, clean/hygienic and overall excellent place to receive dental treatment.

I called this lovely modern spacious dentistry practice as no other in the area was taking new patients, & I was accepted straight away. In the 8 months I've been here, I have felt welcomed & relaxed & treated soo well by the dentist & his assistants, & the receptionists are very friendly chatty people too. They explain everything to you so you know exactly what is going on. The location is easy to find, just a couple minutes from the Elizabeth Line which is perfect, & a minute or so more from Woolwich Town Centre.I've been to a few different dentists in my time, & I like this one, I fully recommend it as I felt happy & relaxed as a patient here

After my visit to the dentist, in January 2023, I was informed that my tooth needed to be extracted. The dentist mentioned that they would need to consult another surgeon before proceeding. I patiently waited for more than 7 months (August 2023) to receive a response regarding the possibility of scheduling the surgery. Upon finally getting in touch with them, the dentist provided the necessary information during a phone conversation. I then went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the tooth extraction. However, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional week, even though I had already endured a 7-month wait. It appears that this dental practice is primarily focused on financial gain and doesn't prioritize patient care. They seem to delay taking action until the situation worsens, leaving patients with limited options. Regrettably, I haven't received any form of apology or discount for this extended ordeal. Consequently, I've made the decision to switch to a different dentist. I cannot recommend this particular private dentist, as it has been the most unsatisfactory experience I've had.

I recently visited this clinic for my second scale and polish appointment. All staff are so friendly and Miss osvalda daraseviciute displayed exceptional skill and provided valuable professional advice that significantly improved my dental health. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to others without hesitation.

I have lived on the Arsenal for 13 years, and have used the practice since they opened. My experience has always been excellent, from the reception team to the medical staff.I must say that the way they relax and engage the children (which is key to future dental visits), is excellent especially Dr Sharma, who is awesome with the kids.I cannot recommend them enough, brilliant professional service.

Dentists aren’t of high quality. Got an expensive crown from them (1K) but cheaper than the higher quality dentist I usually go to near Harley Street and it was near home, so I thought I’d give it a try. It cracked and became loose within 8 months. It’s what I get for being cheaper I guess. My normal dentist looked at the pitiful crown and called it just that. Said the material is cheap especially for a molar and they used a cheap screw (screw retained crown, so this is important). Now I got a quality one done by her. Could have avoided paying double if I avoided this place in the first place. If getting dental work done in the UK, the stereotype is true. You need to go more on the expensive end (get someone trained outside of UK - preferably North America or Swiss) because dental care and quality is poor here.

The receptionists are nice and welcoming but my experience with Mr. Sharma was not good. Little to no explanation was provided, done in a speedy way and ended up with poor results. For this level of service, you might as well go anywhere else or abroad.
