Multiple Sclerosis Information & Therapy Centre

As an MS sufferer, I am a regular visitor to the centre. The growing list of regulars come from all age groups and all walks of life. The therapies available are both professionally administered and are very reasonably priced. In all an essential and very friendly drop in centre.

Had a great day today at the official opening of the new building. The dedicated staff and volunteers here are a great bunch - truly wonderful people!

I joined the centre for 6 months and had ambient oxygen for quite a few sessions which did help clear my mental cobwebs and seemed to help with aches and pains slightly, but unfortunately I have quite profound social anxiety and struggled in the social lounge area. But its a fantastic place and people there are the loveliest and most supportive and genuine people I have met. Pity I cant carry on going but the social aspect was just a bit too much. But give it a go, theres tons to do and plenty of people to meet.
