Finding a dog trainer is very hard and even harder is finding an extremely good one. With Dogmetrix we found ourselves in great hands. We knew the instant Ciara arrived we were onto a winner, she put us and the dogs at ease within seconds and went about teaching us the positive reinforcement way. You only get one chance at first impressions and Dogmetrix put all our fears and tribulations to bed and would definitely recommend Dogmetrix to anyone who loves their dog and wants the very best for them.

I highly recommend Dogmetrix!!We rehomed Lucy (cockapoo) in January, and had no idea what we were doing as first time dog owners. We met Ciara at Godstone , where she was giving free advice to dog owners. The way she was with Lucy, we instantly knew that she was the right person for us! Everything she taught us worked and thanks to her Lucy is becoming a confident and happy dog. It took a massive weight off our shoulder. We couldn't be more grateful to Ciara!

Ciara @ Dogmetrix has been amazing for us in helping us to get started owner training our own assistance dog. From sessions prior to welcoming him into our home to problem solving all manner of challenges we have encountered along the way . Her knowledge, skill and responsiveness have been second to none. She has gone over and above on many occasions.Being autistic herself we have not had to explain how and what we want from our assistance dog, she has suggested many things we hadn't even thought of and he is shaping up to be a fab assistance dog for my autistic son. The dog training is the easy part for Ciara she gets great results but getting us to consistently follow what she suggests is much harder yet she still doesn't give up on us and patiently reminds us (again) what we need to do to achieve the same results ourselves!Thoroughly recommend her for all aspects of dog training

Pepper and ElaineCiara has transformed my relationship with my dog, through her calm and positive careful guidance of both human and dog. Ciara began with helping the humans in the partnership to understand the behaviours of the dog. Then she showed me how to redirect and build a positive relationship built on rewards and praise, enabling the pair of us to achieve the calm, focused and positive behaviours I was striving for. We can now enjoy a walk together as we are both in a relaxed, yet attentive frame of mind, and are socially acceptable as we walk down the road, without me having my arms pulled out. As well as learning little tricks for treats, my dog can now jump into the car without be me having to lift her – a huge milestone as she weighs 27kgs. All the hard work that Ciara has begun through her training is worth it. Thank you, Ciara, I cannot recommend you highly enough.
