I contacted GB homecare about a new inverter and was very happy with services provided. Tidy and neat installation. They cleaned up the mess. Took a while to secure an installation date but happy with the outcome.

This company is not registered with certified installers or FIT schemes, their offices do not answer, beware all of you especially the aged, the guys are 20 years old with no experience in the renewable energy services, “the inverter is overheating “ is the usual spin, avoid at all costs

My experience was very similar to two of the reviews already posted. I was cold called by this company who offered a free check of my solar system. The chap came and inspected our inverter which he said was overheating and offered various technical solutions ranging from £1600 to £5000. This seemed expensive to me so I consulted the Internet where I found cheaper replacement inverters. I arranged for another company to have a look and was told the system was working OK and, what's more, had a device which would close the system down if it was overheating. Those are the facts. Make of them what you will.

Thanks to everyone at GB Homecare for the work they done at my property. From start to finish they were very informative and professional. Cleaned up after themselves and showed us exactly how we can monitor the solar. I would 100% recommended!

I enquired to get a new solar panel setup and i reached a fellow named George and he was the upmost polite and helpful on the phone and helped me decide what system to pick for my budget. Installation was flawless and only took a day, however delivery was delayed by 2 days. Overall happy with my overall experience.

Like other reviews below have correctly indicated this company preys on the elderly and the vulnerable. Overheating converter is the excuse they used on a relative of mine and conned him out of money, be warned they don't give up, they tried to come back again and do the same thing again recently. Absolutely despicable. If you have had a relative conned by this company" I'd strongly urge you to contact the police. Do not let them enter the property. Do not sign any "contracts" and contact the authorities as soon as possible."

A family friend was really happy with the work they had done and recommended I speak to GB Homecare.I have a big Wearhouse that uses a lot of power through day and night, so i wanted to cover the entire roof with panels as well as have Battery storage to cover the night time usage.I Couldn’t fault the service or work done, looking at getting my house fixed up with the same solution.
