Aquathin UK are a fantastic company. I ordered their WORLD LEADING water purifier and they installed it within 48 hours of ordering. The engineer who attended was smart, polite and extremely professional. My family and i are now enjoying the purest water on the planet. Customer service is 1st class. Due to having had what I thought was a similar system for the past few years I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with. Adam and the team at Aquathin were extremely patient and really went way over beyond the call of duty to give me the right advice and fit the system. It's an absolute dream and much to my amazement the taste of the water is way better than my previous system. The system is very robust, so easy to use, can't believe I didn't get this one in the first place.

We had the aquathin drinking water system fitted a few years ago from the previous company that used to supply and represent Aquathin water systems. Since it got installed, the water never tasted as it should have done, even after yearly services by the same company. We recently came across Aquathin UK, and asked them to service our filter this year. Adam provided a fantastic service and fixed the water taste issue (the previous company had incorrectly connected our system to the hot water supply). Highly recommend them.

As I had already an old filter by Aquathin which was faulty it took a while to work out the best way forward as Adam took over fairly recently and I hadn't been looked after well before. In the end we agreed that starting again with a new system was the best option and he gave me a good price for this as an existing customer. Adam did a very neat job fitting the filter and the water is clear and lovely tasting so happy with the final outcome. I feel the company is in good hands now and if you are clean eater then you need clean water too!

We have for months had issues with strange smell and taste with our water so decided to buy a purifier. We looked around at plenty and after much research we found Aquathin this was a great find. From enquiring through to installation the service has been fantastic and Adam has gone out of his way to answer all our questions and we are so happy with our new purifier. Thank you for the first class service and beautiful water we now have. No more buying bottled water.

I can't recommend Aquathin UK too highly! Professional, trustworthy, efficient, they really know what they are doing, but also friendly and kind. Adam in person and Christopher on the phone have been so brilliant from day one, providing outstanding service and sorting out all the problems with the system here. As even though I had paid for an annual service with another company sadly my RO kit was in a bad way. Adam has done such an excellent job, and I'm so grateful to be drinking pure health giving water again.

I am very impressed with Aquathin UK. I have had an Aquathin water filter for many years but wasn't very happy with the previous supplier. Aquathin's customer service has been excellent and I appreciated the way they dealt with servicing my filter, ensuring everything such as filters etc. were up-to-date. When I had an issue arise they dealt with it very quickly, efficiently and with no quibbles (and of course no charge!). I am delighted with Adam's work and love the purified water. Thank you.

As a company, we have had a great experience with both Ian and Adam. Great communication skills, delivering a very professional service.We are extremely pleased with the results and our new RO machine and grateful that it was installed by a very honest company. Aquathin UK are such a great company and are always on hand to help when needed. I have had many dealings with Ian and he is always there when you need him and always so happy. I can't fault this company. Adam and Ian are both super friendly and really know their product. I would recommend to anyone.
