Rang up not really expecting for them to see me today butthey managed to squeeze me in to have my brakes replaced.Michelle is just the lovliest and nothing is too much trouble. Even had a cuppa while I waited. Will always be ringing these guys first from now on. Fantastic service and car sounds great! thanks so much guys

Twice as long a wait as advised and lost time out of work as a result. Changed their minds from a quote price for an add on minor part replacement job from a 5 minute £5 charge to a £70 1 hr job. For the same job. Found a genuine original part online for £12 new and it was in fact less than a 5 minute job to replace (my dad did it). I really don't like blatant dishonesty and being taken advantage of by charging an unfair high price when money is tight. Won't be going here again, sorry.

Went on holiday with my family and the clutch decided to go down the pan, I called around and finally spoke to the lovely lady on reception who arranged a 2 day turnaround for me. So thankful and recommend them for anything

I received excellent service from Michelle and Darren today. They were happy to fit my car in at short notice around my availability and I was confident that they gave my car a thorough check over to put my mind at ease. They have given me a very fair quote for the work required and I am confident that they are not trying to overcharge me or carry out any unnecessary work. We have used this family run business for a few years now and wouldn't go elsewhere. Thank you guys!

Absolutely use this place again. 2 gentleman on shift this morning make my car run better then it use to be, until it'll need a proper replacing of few stuff. great advice from both. very helpful and friendly. I have been using Car Check for almost 20 years now, this is the kind of business I would hope to find in my neighbourhood. A local, friendly family run business, with a top class team of mechanics working there. They have sorted my car out from a number of time critical failures and have always delivered the goods with a smile.I cannot rate this place high enough. Lovely friendly greetings and top class work without any unnecessary expense. Top Class.

We have been using this family run garage for 8 years they are always really helpful when trying to fit work in around your needs, they have fitted us in last minute when we have been desperate or stranded. The whole team are very friendly, repairs are always done to a high standard with no issues. We have are M.O.T's done with them every year wouldn't go anywhere else excellent garage.
