Vets4Pets - Bristol Imperial

Lovely and very helpful staff in the vets! Our vet, kate was incredibly kind, answered all our questions and even went out of her way to check up on our cat throughtout. Great experience and a happy cat!

Great service, very friendly vets. Only ever had to go routine vacc etc before my dog broke his foot this week and have been even more impressed by their patience, help and explanations. Love how on the bandage change they all the knew the situation and seemed to care a lot for him. Always helpful when I have a toddler in tow too!

Appalling service. The vet who examined our beloved daschund explained he had very little English, so, from the offset, communication was very difficult. Our dog was wrongly diagnosed with a stomach upset when actually he had Stage 4-5 IVDD, he had emergency spinal surgery two days later at a veterinary clinic. This wrong diagnosis has cost us valuable time and lost our precious boy recovery time. And this practice has had the cheek to send us another bill!! For the sake of your pets health avoid at all costs!!

I initially thought Vets4Pets would 'do' whilst I tried to get into a 'local' independent practice, but I now wouldn't go anywhere else. I've used them over the last 5 months for my pup, for vaccinations etc, a few check ups and most recently a very stressful incident with some antifreeze ! I couldn't praise the staff and the care more. Everyone I've seen has been really lovely, helpful, caring, takes time to explain things and is great with the animals. Receptionists are friendly and welcoming, and my pup loves the place (maybe its the balls by reception...!) I would totally stick with them now. I've been really impressed. Thanks for your care and attention. Selkie the cocker spaniel is one very happy (and alive!) dog!

Our bulldog puppy had cherry eye from a very young pup. Mark at Vets4Pets at Imperial Park has done a great job, both eyes were operated on 5 weeks ago. The picture speak from themselves in how much better her eyes are for the operation. Thank you to Mark and the team for taking good care of her.

I was offered an appointment just a couple hours after calling in which was very helpful, everyone was really lovely and the Vet made sure I was set up with enough treatment to get my dog through her period of ill health. He was very friendly and explained everything very well.

That is the only place in Bristol on which you can find the cat sand from PETS AT HOME that will not make your flat stink. Other sands are a waste of money. Moreover, great place for pets care. All the stuff you will find in here.

We moved vets a couple of years ago having had bad experiences at our last one and we have been nothing but impressed with all the team at Vets4pets! We have an array of animals and all have been taken care of beautifully aswell as making sure we as owners are kept up to date and understand anything that is required for our pets.

Sadly and unexpectedly we had to say 'goodbye' to our most loved cat. Gabriel supported all of us with with his kindness during the process and show respect to the whole family including our very I'll fury friend.

My cane corso had a very expensive surgery for a condition called cherry eye".8 days after surgery cherry eye came back. Vet told me she needs the same surgery again and I will have to pay the same price again.From my point of view I paid them for fixing my dogs eye. They didn't do it properly and wanted me to pay the full price again for another surgery. How would you call it? Joke? Rip off?Something to consider if your dog needs an expensive surgery."
