We recently bought and needed to do some renovations before arrival of a new baby. Paul and team were very professional, responsive, polite and tidy. They made an opening in a load bearing wall and redecorated throughout the house to a very high standard.All requests were considered carefully, discussions were useful and clear and agreed actions executed flawIessly. We were so impressed by their efficiency and the results we immediately booked him for more work in the rest of the house.The attention to detail is a particular strength and so he’s a real pleasure to work with.I’ve reread my review and it seems a bit OTT but it reflects how happy we are with the work.Book without hesitation. PSC was the main contractor who oversaw our large extension at our home in Dulwich. They worked seamlessly with the architect to find solutions to the complications of any build. The team were always hardworking and trustworthy they even looked after our cat when we were away! I have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team.

I used the services of Paul and his team to construct an extension to my 1st floor flat. Despite the access issues and unexpected lockdown they did a fantastic job and have created a new kitchen and bathroom that I am very happy with. Paul is always available and gave me updates throughout the project and is extremely knowledgable and came up with some innovative solutions. PSC were recommended by our architect to build our new studio, 100 M2. They demolished the existing interior and build new walls, soundproof ceiling, levelled the floor, installed all electrics, painted and decorated. All in budget and completed before the agreed time. Extra costs were agreed in advance. Paul is a good communicator, professional and reliable. Will recommend PSC as good builders.
