The team removed and refitted a window so that we could get our sofa inside. At every step of the way they were friendly, polite, helpful and reliable. Based off this one experience I would certainly use them again for any bigger jobs. Thanks guys.

We had an existing side porch partly replaced by Leek Glass and Windows. The left the area unprotected after taking down the old glass and roof (exposing interior electrics to the elements), broke a tile on the floor, the existing windowsill and a light fitting and had to be pestered to replace them. The work was substandard, as the new roof leaked badly - water streaming down the walls next to light fittings and electrical sockets every time it rained. After a lot of pestering they did come back several times to try and fix the leak, ending in the famous bodge of packing copious amounts of silicon into the various areas where leaks were occurring. Two years on, it's leaking again of course. Massive disappointment and would not have this firm back even if their services were free.
