Courtney was great with our girl! She didn’t love the table (apparently) but she looks beautiful! Will use again and highly recommend! The last one is before!!

I take my pooch here for holidays and daycare and I can honestly say that Hannah is amazing with all the doggies in her care. She not only cares for them like she does her own dogs, she provides enrichment for them with fun walks and activities. Its truly a home from home experience.

My dog lady has been twice to Hannahs Happy Hounds team members. Both times we have been sent lots of updates and look forward to our new puppy staying with them again soon.

Hannah simply adores all the pouches, she offers a very safe, professional boarding and dog walking service at a reasonable cost.

Bringing a dog into your family is a big commitment and whilst we all adore our furry friends it can be tricky to balance the welfare of your pet with a busy work schedule or perhaps a trip overseas. Our circumstances mean we are fortunate to be at home the majority of the week but there are times when we need support looking after our dog and that’s where Hannah’s Happy Hounds come in. My goal was to try and find someone close by who was flexible enough to look after our dog for the odd day and also offer a full residential service for a two week summer holiday. The most important box to tick was to find someone we connected with on a personal level, had a similar love for dogs and would give us complete peace of mind when leaving our family member with them.A quick google search presented numerous options and thankfully Hannah’s Happy Hounds was one of the top results. A quick glance at their website demonstrated how professional this business is and how seriously they take their work. I could easily navigate the site to find out more about the business, the services they provide and the all important contact details to make an enquiry. Hannah herself was the one to reply very promptly to my enquiry and was quick to arrange an introductory call to tell me more about her business. Trusting someone else with the care of your dog is a big step so I had prepared a long list of questions to ask Hannah but I didn’t need any of them. I simply sat back and listened whilst Hannah spoke passionately about her business and her team, explained in detail how they could help with our needs and completely put my mind at rest through her professionalism. It was also quite amusing to hear one of her dogs snoring in the background whilst she was talking to me!!So what happened next?! I was given access to the client portal on their website to enter all of the relevant information they need to guarantee the welfare of your dog. It was actually very reassuring to see the level of detail they go into during this process. Websites and client portals may sound a little impersonal to some but don’t worry that is just to get the fundamentals in place. From that point forward the service is 100% personal which is where Lisa came into the picture.Careful consideration is given to the type of dog you have, their age and personality before any decisions are made about who will be put forward as a potential match from Hannah’s team. We were introduced to Lisa who lives locally to us and came to visit for an introductory chat so we could all get to know each other. Suffice to say our dog loved Lisa from day one as did we as a family and we were super keen to sign Lisa up there and then. In typical Happy Hounds fashion though they insist on taking the time to get things right so the next stage was a taster session for Luna at Lisa’s house to meet the other dogs she may be spending time with and get used to a new environment. The most challenging part of the taster session was trying to wrestle her away from her new friends to go home but we followed up with an overnight stay shortly after so she was soon happy again. The bottom line for us is we now have a perfect situation where we can leave Luna with Lisa without an ounce of uncertainty. We know Lisa is amazing with all of the dogs she looks after (including her own who are so well behaved and very patient!) and we get regular updates through WhatsApp messages and photos and Luna absolutely adores being there. I can’t recommend Hannah & Lisa highly enough and if you are looking for professional and caring people who can provide a home from home for your dog then look no further and contact Hannah’s Happy Hounds!!

Finding Hannah’s Happy Hounds was a godsend for us because we was struggling finding somewhere for Nova-Dazzle to stay as she didn’t like staying in the kennels our other dog stays at (no fault to them Nova is just a very shy and nervous dog). We did daycare trails and overnight trails with Gemma Novas dog sitter and it worked out perfectly for her, she loves the comfy lifestyle. Our favourite thing is we get updates on her so we know she’s doing ok, we love the photos we get as well. Plus Gemma went above and beyond when I asked for a photo of Nova with a special card I had made for her. We can’t thank you enough for everything and we continue to take Nova just so she stays in contact with everyone ready for other holidays she spends with them.
