First time I've used this company and it was an excellence experience! Easy to find, friendly staff and only a few mins away the airport. Excellent service overall and cheapest prices!! Will defo recommend to friends and family!!!

Witnessed a staff driver driving at 40+ in the 20, squealing tyres, swerving in and out of traffic and undertaking in a CUSTOMER car.

Absolute con... Told to call mobile number 10 mins before arrival, phone switched off, nobody at meeting point, land-line disconnected and emails ignored...No communication since. Complete farce, money lost...STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

Terrible experience. Worst customer service I've come across in recent memory. This company has a lot of work to do. Issues, listed out:1. Gave me wrong postcode address for car park - apparently it was an old one they had moved from years ago.2. Rude staff at point of car drop off and collection. Lazy, sitting down, abrupt and disinterested speech and unprofessional looking.3. They advertise that once you call for pick up, it will take their shuttle bus 'never more than 20 minutes' to arrive and collect you from the airport. 30 minutes later I was still there, just laughing to myself at the amateur leveltlevel company wants to operate at.3 things there for APL to work on improving. All doable. I wish them the best and future customers a better time than I had. But going on my experience - there's no way I would choose them again.
