I visited the clinic Saturday 25th Nov and was met on arrival by two lovely ladies, straight away I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. The procedure was fully explained to me and carried out in a very professional manner. It's great to be able to hear properly again and it was well worth the £45. Tanks again.

I had a home visit from Georgia today and she was lovely, friendly and professional. Would recommend this service as so convenient and only slightly more than other places charge to go to them. I will definitely use again if needed.

Took my dad in to have his ears cleaned out. The staff were wonderful with him and kept him informed with what they were doing. I couldn't fault their professionalism, I will definitely be taking my dad back when the needs arise. Great value for money.

Took my daughter aged 11 and the ladies could not have been nicer - thoroughly explained everything to us both - put her at ease and ultimately cleared what was a lot of old hard ear wax - no amount of oil would have cleared that on its own! Highly recommend and worth the journey for us which was over 30 miles !

I cannot rate this service enough.Was referred by GP due to ear infection and blockage I'm both ears (didn't realise they were both bad).At the first appointment they were able to clear 1 ear but not the other. They refused to take payment for the appointment until both ears were cleared and made me an emergency appointment for another location the next day.They still weren't able to clear the blockage at the next appointment but again, did not charge me for the additional appointment.Went for a third time where they were able to clear the ear.The ladies are so lovely and understanding. Well worth it. Will definitely go again.
