Due to a supplied part failing, not RPM's fault, a repair was required to my car. The customer service was exceptional from all staff from arrival to collecting the car back, Andy and Steph particularly. Repair completed next day under warranty and kept advised throughout. Would definitely recommend this company.

Outstanding customer service. Took the time to understand the issue before the car was dropped in and ordered potential part ahead of time. On the day they could see how I was juggling children/dog on a wet day in Seaton so finished the job in super quick time to help. Super grateful.

Excellent service from RPM. I had an issue while on holiday and they not only managed to get me in on the same day but sorted the issue quickly and all the staff where extremely eager to help. I'm tempted to move to the area just for this garage!!
