RR First Drainage Care
We contacted RR First Drainage after being recommended and spoke to Dan. He was very honest and upfront regarding the work needing to be carried out on a down pipe that had a hole in it. He arrived within the time frame he promised and carried out the work quickly and efficiently, while being transparent about the prices - which a very competitive - before going ahead with the work. Dan will be our first point of call, for any future issues with drainage. Highly recommended.

Dan he is very nice person and hard working person. I called him for my kitchen drainage block . He took time and repair it very well. Also he tested kitchen drain multiple times and he make sure that water is not blocking again. Reasonable charges. I can recommend this person for drain works.

Lovely man, who came to my rescue on a Sunday morning. Quickly sorted out my blocked pipe, explained everything as he went, and left the place clean and washed. Thanks Dan, I will definitely call you again if the need arises. Reasonably priced too.

RR First Drainage Care
Over the last couple of days we noticed the shower gurgled every time we flushed the loo, we called Dan on Sunday evening and asked him to visit, he arrived early this morning, diagnosed the issue immediately and got to work with his team. He kept us updated all the way and advised the soil pipe was blocked, after flushing it through he checked the pipes to ensure there was no damage before giving it a further clean to ensure this wouldn’t happen again for quite a while. We really appreciate his speed, tidyness and competitive pricing would highly recommend

Had a blockage so called RR and spoke to Dan who was confident in what he was saying which straightaway reassured me. Dan provided an excellent service and quick response and came came within the hour. He talked me through what he was doing and used a camera to show me what the problem was. He was honest, polite and went above and beyond. Dan was cheaper than what I had been quoted by others but still provided an excellent service good value for money and I would 100% recommend to others.

Absolute top notch service from start to finish, would highly recommend this company to anybody who is having issues with there drains.Had a blocked drain late on a Saturday night, after calling various company’s who wanted to charge an arm and a leg, called Dan who came out in the pouring rain and cold, didn’t moan once and got the job sorted. Brilliant customer service.Also found an issue with my drain pipe and came straight back out Monday to repair it.You won't beat his prices and brilliant service. Massive thank you.
