Amazing views of the mountains.Lovely family pre Christmas getaway, as we were working all over the christmas period, we had christmas here early!

One of the best estate gardens been to. Place just goes on and on. Trees are fantastic.

I LOVED this garden. It’s such a beautiful place to visit and very well maintained. Definitely my favourite garden in North Wales.

Beautiful location with so much to see in any season!

We stayed at Bryn Mawr on the Bodnant Estate. June 2022. To start the holiday 3 family members had to be rescued from a very steep slope they had ventured down whilst losing their way to the cottage. The estate workers were fabulous, helpful and friendly. It is quite tricky to find your way on first arrival but follow the directions carefully and follow your progress on Google Satellite, on your phone, if you can, to ensure no wrong turnings!The cottage was lovely. Generous welcome pack with local produce. Spacious living areas with breathtaking views over Conwy valley. The suggested walks are pleasant and it's nice to enjoy a good walk without getting in the car.A word about the single room and accessibility. It is reached via a few steep steps (without handrail) right at the very end of the cottage. No easy access to toilet or bathroom.We stupidly left a whole drawer full of clothes on our departure. These were posted back to us within a few days, carefully packed and free of charge!! Wonderful. So very grateful.I would recommend Bodnant Cottages for a comfortable break in rural isolation, but within easy reach of great places to visit in North Wales.

Must-see attraction! I recommend going during spring when the laburnum arches are flowering.

Beautiful gardens, especially in Spring and Autumn. A huge variety of trees and plants. Lovely walks along the river. Pricey but free for National Trust members. Several cafés, including the excellent Pavilion.The Garden Centre includes gift shops, plant sales, a gallery and arts and crafts.

Stunning location outstanding accommodation, literally everything you need form a holiday cottage... Isolated and quiet, but only a short drive to many stunning attractions and destinations would highly... 5 stars +

It is lovely to escape for a couple of hours. Beautiful walk and coffee and cake by the river

Beautiful gardens, stunning. Quite steep hills to walk up and down so some places inaccessible to those with mobility issues, there are however plenty of places at the top of the gardens easily accessed. Could do with more refreshment areas especially at the far end of the lower dell area. Well worth a visit.
